  1.                      CorelWEB.WORLD Viewer, Version 1.0

  3.   CorelWEB.WORLD Viewer is used to view 3D Spaces built with CorelWEB.WORLD
  4. and saved in (MUS) format.  CorelWEB.WORLD Viewer does not allow you 
  5. to modify the 3D Space, as you can with CorelWEB.WORLD.  You can move 
  6. through the world, change camera views and activate sounds, movies and
  7. links to the World Wide Web.

  10. What You See
  11. ============
  12.     When you start the CorelWEB.WORLD Viewer you will see
  13.     an Open 3D Space dialog.  Select any CorelWEB.WORLD file
  14.     (.mus extension) by clicking on the file name then clicking
  15.     open.  Once the 3D space is loaded, it will appear in a window
  16.     with controls for movement and camera view on the bottom right
  17.     corner (the walker buttons).

  20. How to move around
  21. ==================
  22.      You can move jump through 3D Spaces using the keyboard or
  23. the walker buttons.  You can also move directly in front of an image
  24. using the Direct View when you click on the image and select Explore, 
  25. Direct View from the menu  (or right click on the image and select 
  26. Explore, Direct View from the fly menu). Using the keyboard or Walker 
  27. buttons, press the arrows in the direction you want to move.

  29. How to look around

  31.      You can look around by manipulating the camera's height, tilt, 
  32. and zoom qualities.  You can adjust these features using the camera 
  33. buttons in the Walker toolbox, the keyboard.

  38.       The program uses the following keys:

  40. 7, Home         - Rotates left;
  41. 9, Page Up        - Rotates right;
  42. 8, Up Arrow        - Moves camera forward;
  43. 5, 2, Down Arrow    - Moves camera back; 
  44. 4, Left Arrow        - Moves camera left;
  45. 6, Right Arrow        - Moves camera right;
  46. + (Keypad Plus)        - Moves camera up;
  47. -  (Keypad Minus)    - Moves camera down;
  48. Insert            - Tilts the camera up;
  49. Delete            - Tilts the camera down;

  51. Pressing Ctrl with any other key doubles the speed of the motion 
  52. produced with the key.

  55. How to look at pictures
  56. =======================
  57.      Pictures can have text, sound, URLs (Web Links), and functions 
  58. associated with them.  When you move the cursor over a picture, 
  59. indicators in the bottom-left corner of the 3D Space Window show 
  60. the picture's characteristics.
  61.  
  62.      If a function is associated with a picture, the cursor becomes 
  63. a hand.  Double-click on the picture to activate the function.   If the 
  64. picture contains text, the first line appears at the bottom of the 
  65. 3D Space window.  Click on the picture with your right mouse-button and
  66. select Display Attached Text to read the full text.  If the picture contains
  67. sound, the Attached Sound  indicator in the bottom-left corner of the 3D Space
  68. Window is displayed.  To hear the sound, right click on the picture and select
  69. Play Attached Sound.  If the picture is part of an album, the Album indicator 
  70. in the bottom-left corner of the 3D Space Window is displayed. To leaf through 
  71. the album, right click on the picture then select List Album.  To see a 
  72. picture in its original size and proportions, right click on the picture then 
  73. select True Image.

  75. Walking Show
  76. ============
  77.      Some prebuilt 3D Spaces have a Walking Show.  A Walking Show takes 
  78. you through the 3D Space by a predefined route.  To start a Walking Show, 
  79. select Walking Show in the 3D Space Window Menu.  To stop the Walking Show, 
  80. press any arrow key.

  84.      CorelWEB.WORLD is a program for building 3D Spaces, similar to the 
  85. ones you view with CorelWEB.WORLD Viewer.  CorelWEB.WORLD allows you
  86. create a 3D worlds in its own format or in the VRML 1.0 standard .  Ease of use
  87. combined with robust multimedia and a fast rendering engine round out this
  88. powerful software.
